Personal Information You Provide:
– Registration Information: In order to enable your registration for the Service, including any subscription plans, and to facilitate Service administration and security, including providing you with messages, notifications and alerts relating to the Service and with customer support, we may collect your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, contact phone number, username, password and similar identifiers.
– Participatory Information: In order to facilitate the personalization of your use of and participation in the Service, we may collect your answers to questions about a variety of topics, including your experiences, feelings, opinions and goals through sharing within the group and through coursework. Your contribution of Participatory Information is entirely voluntary, and we will only collect Participatory Information if and to the extent you choose to provide it.
– Payment Information: In order to facilitate payment processing and recordkeeping, we may collect payment information and details of transactions you carry out through or in relation to our Service (such as payment of subscription fees) and of the fulfillment of your orders. We will consider and respond to any such requests promptly, and otherwise in accordance with applicable laws. Although we use good faith efforts to respond to your request, we may not be able to provide, delete and/or correct the requested user information in all situations. We collect, use and disclose personal information as described above under “Collection of Personal Data” and “Use and Disclosure of Personal Data.” We do not sell personal information.
You may, by using the contact information listed in the last section of this Privacy Policy, submit a request to know/access or delete. Should you submit such a request, we may ask you for additional information in order to verify your identify before responding to such requests, but we will use such additional information only for purposes of such verification. You may also use an authorized agent to exercise your rights on your behalf. If you wish to use an authorized agent, we require that your authorized agent provides written proof to us that they are authorized to act on your behalf, and we may also require your authorized agent to verify their own identity.
